Hi all! Just wanted to do a little update. After

Hi all!
Just wanted to do a little update.
After lots of consideration we have decided from April we will no longer be doing any local deliveries or gift bouquets. Over the last few years with the rise in flower prices and fuel costs this part of the business really isn’t working. Not being a high street shop means that we don’t have any passing trade so have had to be really careful with ordering so not to waste stock. We will still be doing our lovely weddings and events. But also have something potentially lining up for the future of Holly & Ivy. Thank you to everyone who’s purchased or received one of our bunches. It was an all white one for this beautiful wedding

It was an all white one for this beautiful wedding. Classic and elegant was the theme. Bridal blooms filled with roses, Dahlia, stocks, Lisianthus, scabious with a tiny touch of senecio and eucalyptus for foliages. Such a perfect combination. The venue was @compleatanglerofficial which is in a wonderful location right along side the river Thames in Marlow. This was a special one for a friend and fellow florists son who used to wash the flower van on a Saturday at my first ever flower shop I worked in aged 15.

The moon arch was out this weekend and looking beautiful in all purple and lilac shades. A perfect backdrop for the ceremony and then onto the reception to frame the wedding couple at the top table. The flower combination was so pretty. Using roses, spray roses, clematis, astrantia, Lisianthus, Veronika, lavender & eucalyptus. A new venue for us @theoxfordshire with amazing views over the golf club. Congratulations to R&M, we hope you had the most magical day.

Welcome to Holly & Ivy Flowers

I’m Shelley and I have just launched Holly & Ivy flowers. I’m lucky enough to work from a gorgeous farm building in Chalfont St Giles. I’ve been a florist for 10 years and after having my two, gorgeous boys I’m ready to start sharing my passion for flowers again!
